Mid-term inspections
Visits during the tenancy to check how the property is being looked after and spot maintenance early.
A mid-term inspection gives landlords and agents an honest picture of the property part way through a tenancy. We note maintenance issues, damp or mould, and anything the tenant has raised, with photos.
