Inventra Property is led by Bulent Akay, who has completed over 1,000 property reports for letting agents and landlords since 2020.
Inventra Property began life as Smart Inventory Property Solutions. The name has changed, but the person carrying out your reports and the care that goes into them have not.
We work with letting agents, landlords and tenants across London, producing inventories, check-ins, mid-term inspections and check-outs. Our reports are laid out room by room with dated photographs throughout, so anyone reading them can see exactly what was there.
We are members of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC), and our reports are written to stand up if a deposit is ever disputed.
