Check-in
We meet the tenant, walk the property against the inventory and record meters, keys and any changes.
At check-in we go through the property with the incoming tenant, confirm the inventory is accurate on the day and note anything that has changed. Meter readings and keys are recorded and the tenant signs to confirm.
What is included
- Walk through with the tenant against the inventory

- Opening meter readings with photos
- Keys handed over, listed and photographed
- Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms tested
- Tenant signature on the day
The tenant agrees the condition at the start, so there is far less room for disagreement at the end.
